Federal and Quebec Governments have a Canada-Quebec agreement that allows Quebec to operate its own immigration programs, including Quebec Investor Immigration Program.

Requirements:

Under Quebec Investor Immigration Program a foreign Investor is required to:

• Have net assets of at least CAD$2,000,000

• Make a contribution to Quebec (non-refundable) of CAD$200,000

• Make an investment of CAD$1,000,000 for 5 years without interests (it may be possible to obtain financing from a Canadian financial institution to make this investment)
